A long, long time has passed since my last entry. And 2009 is already drawing to a close.
I have changed, not only in age and appearance, but in personality, religion (atheist now!), hobbies, skills, and in my general outlook on life.
That sounds so disgustingly sentimental and cheesy. But it's true.
Also, I recently came back from an awesome overseas trip (although my dad came, he was working, so I went out all day alone: mum and my brothers stayed home).
I went to New York, London, Amsterdam, Washington, Boston, Los Angeles, and some small suburb in Conneticut.
It was my first time in Amsterdam, Washington, Boston and Conneticut. New York's my favourite city, and I've always planned to move there after uni (I start uni next year!!!) and I already miss New York. I know it like the back of my hand now... I think I can probably even navigate the most obscure little lanes around Greenwich Village blindfolded.
I think, however, that Amsterdam has become a serious contender in the where-I'm-going-to-live-eventually stakes. I love Amsterdam!
Uh yes. Anyway. I've put up some photos which I took on my trip (most turned out perfect, completely by accident!).
Hmmm. Any other exciting news?
Well, Christmas is just around the corner. I suppose I celebrate the values (and consumerism!) it promotes, but not the religious significance behind it.
It's summer, and the weather is great, as are the holidays! I just got tickets to see Phoenix at the Hordern Pavillion in March next year. I'm redecorating my room. I've been out a lot recently. I'm going to Hong Kong and Bangkok from the end of this month until mid-January. I get my HSC results (shudder) back next week...
Other than that, nothing much else is happening in my life.
So stop reading this and go look at my new photos!
Byeee.
